“The net posts are very fragile, the upper part of one of them was broken when I recieved it. I can't reach Joola for a solution, very dissapointing.
Overall the net does what is has to, it's easy to set up and to break down, easy to carry in the bag.”
“I ordered an Agassi Model but I received a Graf one. After 6 hours I ordered the Agassi, Joola made a launch discount for the product. I feel very bad about his brand. They gave me the opportunity to change the racquet but I think it's unfair to make a discount launch not at the real launch of the racquet on the website.
I choose to stay on the Graf model since it's not sustainable to send a product back and receive a new one that differs only from design.

“The box arrived unopened and in good condition, but imagine our disappointment, here on Christmas eve, when we discovered that the table has none of the hardware needed to assemble it, and is additionally missing one of the other parts as well (see photos). Not sure what the kids will wake up to tomorrow morning. Sort of ruins the magic of Christmas morning.I have emailed the manufacturer who is closed through the holiday (seems like you would keep it staffed during your most important retail period?) but I'll update this review depending on how long it takes the them to make it right.Edit: 2 weeks later and no hardware. Will edit further as things develop.Further edit: We eventually received the missing parts and got everything assembled. There is still one outstanding issue, but the overall quality of the table is excellent and we are satisfied with the purchase, even if we had a few hiccups along the way.”
