“I've always wanted a PP table and I have a spare room just big enough to fit a table plus a newgy ball machine.Together with the newgy, this is the best toy I've ever gotten, and I'm almost 50 yo. : )Cannot believe you can get such a good product for the money. Mine came packaged well, and the tabletopwas near perfect. The clamps for the net is pretty strong, it is the thing that keeps the two sides of the table"level"Love the look of this table, and the rollers works great! The net assembly looks really good IMO, and easilyfit in with the Newgy ball machine. There's nothing that I don't like about this table. I feel good with this purchase. One thing is that assembly is NOT 10 minutes. It's 5-10 minutes to put the table togetherfrom storage, but the actual assembly of this thing took me a couple hours+... when you includecleaning up the packaging. This thing is heavy but I was able to do this by myself. thebox with the Joola logo facing up. The packaging included pretty good quality re-inforcedcardboard, and I trimmed the cardboard and made it into a mat where I am standing to hitthe ball.Highly recommend. If you are looking at this product it means you want a table without all thefrills and high cost. Get this one!”
“Table tennis has been my favorite game since I was a kid, and after forty years, I can honestly say this Joola table is the best table I have owned. In the past, my wife and I have always skimped and purchased the $99 Big Box Store special with the flimsy plastic parts and stupid electronic scoring that you don't need. Those tables just resulted in long hours of annoying setup, forcing us to make due with annoying cracks, fraying edges, and short life-spans. It's really a wonder my kids enjoyed playing at all. But now that my kids are teenagers, we finally got wise and upgraded to a mid-range table. After considerable research, I decided on this Joola Inside 15 table, as it had solid reviews and reputation, 5/8" surface, good wheels, attractive blue color, flexible folding configuration for solo play or storage, and it came shipped straight to my door (tip: don't even try to purchase a ping pong table from a local sporting goods store unless you want to pay for delivery or have a flat-bed truck at your disposal). We've had the table for five months, and we have been completely thrilled with our purchase. We also invested in good paddles for once, and now we feel like real pros playing on this near-tournament quality table.I highly recommend this table. We paid $379 on Amazon and it's been worth at least twice that amount to our little family. But don't pay twice that amount when you can get a great deal on this solid table that you, your kids (and your kids' friends) will love. Oh, and don't pay for installation -- it literally takes 10 minutes to attach the wheels, and anyone can do it (not like the cheap tables that take four hours to put together)The only downside to this table is that the kids play almost every night, and as a result, are finally starting to beat me at my own game (but only sometimes). :)”
“I LOVE this table. Ive only had it for about a month but I've already gotten so much better. Assembly is easy and quick, and its super easy to fold up against a wall whenever you're not using it. Another great thing about this table is the mobility, all the time I fold one side up against a wall and okay by myself for hours on end. The net. One thing I always find ping pong tales are lacking is a good net, the nets always seem to sag and are really loose, with this one, its nice and tight, and it extends over the edge of the table so its super easy to just clamp on and take off. Only downside I can thing about for this table is that its not perfectly flat, one side is curved slightly down, and the other, slightly up. Im not sure if this is just a fluke or if its common among these tables, but even if it is common, I never notice while I'm playing. Overall, amazing table and its worth every penny.”
“This table is a great addition to my house. I chose this model because it folds up so compactly. After arrival at my house, it was easy for two men to move the pieces down the tight stairs to my basement. They were heavy but easy to manoeuver. Once we put them into place, it was very simple to add the caster wheels and set up the table. The wheels lock easily and hold the table securely but for casual play, it is fine to leave it unlocked. The two pieces are not quite even in my basement because the floor is not exactly level. It would be nice to have leveling adjustments on the legs. However, this doesn't really affect play and the net clamps down on the joint making it almost perfect.Speaking of the net, it has the perfect tautness for exciting play. Lots of hits on the tape that fall exactly as expected. I still don't know what the little metal pieces are for though. It's not really explained in the instructions or video. The table folds up so easily it's never a problem to take down or put up. It fits away in a small storage room or neatly against the wall and can be set bake up in a minute or two. You just have to watch when unfolding that you don't hit the pieces together, scratching your playing surface. There were two minor scratches on the table found just after setting them up. They appear to have been there on delivery. It seemed a little less than professional to deliver the product with flaws like that and this is the reason I'm giving it 4 stars. The playing surface has a great feel and action to it. I love playing on this table with guests and my children. It does seem prone to scratching easily, however.”
“I've been looking for a quality ping pong table for Christmas as an outlet for the kids during the winter months. I originally headed off to the local stores to find one, but only a few had display models which didn't have the quality I was looking for. In addition, due to the large floor space required to display a table, most stores just had a pictures of products that they sold. So I turned to Amazon and found this JOOLA 15mm table with a 4.7 star rating from almost 3,000 people reviewing. In short, I was not disappointed. Here are my thoughts on the process:Ordering: As with everything else on Amazon, ordering was easy. Was able to schedule the delivery date and time while ordering.Price: Picked this up on a flash sale for $299. Very happy with the price.Delivery: Was delivered within the 3 hour scheduled window. The shipping company provided shipping status as the delivery date approached. While the table was out for delivery, the drivers called to say that they were within 30 minutes of the house. Plus, it didn't involve me borrowing a truck and a friends time to transport this to my house by myself. Bonus!Assembly: It was easy to assemble, the process was completed withing 30 minutes. However, I do recommend having at least one other person to assist with the assembly due to the weight and size of each half of the table.Use: Initial impression of the table is that it is made with high quality construction materials. Not being able to see this in person, I was concerned how the table would play being that it is composed of two halves placed together. I was very relieved to find the table to be very sturdy. Conclusion: I'm extremely happy with the purchase and I would highly recommend it to a friend.”
“This is a quality table, and for what I consider a value price. The risk is with receiving a damaged table due to handling/shipping. If you consider that it weighs ~200lb, and has 90 degree corners, it's quite a shipping feat to deliver... Free prime shipping blows my mind! (they shipped it to my twice... with this expense in mind, not sure how they make money on it?!?!) . Anyway, I rejected the first table I received due to a table edge being damaged, so I suggest a thorough review of the table surface (specifically the corners/edges). Luckily, the second table I received in good condition. This table is very solid, and well engineered. I expect my family/friends to get a lot of use out of it. My middle school daughters are able to convert it so that it stores, or set up half so that they can practice on their own. For those with space limitation, this ability to transform paired with ease of conversion, is an appealing feature. Thanks for reading my review--good luck!Update after 4 years:This table has provided many hours of entertainment making it a great investment. I estimate it gets used a couple hours a week still. It has not turned into a laundry folding table although my wife did lay out a quilt on it for awhile. The kids play play several variants of ping pong, and atleast a game called "cup pong." Through their practice they've gotten good enough that I can't compete with them. The table itself has held up very well... still folds and rolls as it should and the surface and net are in good shape too. Some minor dings on the baselines but expected after so much use. Expect to repair/replace paddles... and a 50 pack of balls has worked out well! Take care!”
“This table is of good quality, design, and value. It is packed very well with wood slabs around the box to protect the edges! Impressive. All ping pong tables are pretty heavy, but each half is manageable with two people. Set up is easy and the hardware is good. Design wise, the table is two pieces that you essentially set up separately and push together to create the whole table. There is no way to lock the two sides together. You set up both sides, push them together and then lock the wheels. The net holders are clamped down with heavy springs and actually help hold the two halves together a bit. This design is actually good if your surface is slightly uneven, like my basement floors are. You can set up each side separately without causing the whole table to bend and twist.Playing on the table is a joy. The surface plays well and isn't too hard. The surface sort of grabs the ball's spin more than cheaper and slicker tables.I'd say the only weak point is the hardware and legs. The metal used is basic and decent, but higher end tables probably use lighter metals that are actually more durable.Overall, great table that will probably last forever if cared for.”
“Our four teenagers had been asking for a Ping-Pong table for a while and after we had a blast playing at a party we recently attended, I knew it was time to buy one for our home. I like to take the time to research and get a good deal on a quality product. I looked several tables from a variety of manufacturers in various price points and finally landed on this one. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. In fact it's AWESOME, exactly what we were looking for and we're completely satisfied. Assembly was no problem, a few easy bolts/legs to attach, clip on the net and we were up and playing in no time. It's set up in a basement Rec Room and can stay in the open "ready to play position" but folding/storage/mobility is no problem. Regarding playability it seems great to me and we're using a Joola Hit Set we bought with it to get started, four basic paddles and a set of eight one star balls. We plan to upgrade both at some point but for now we couldn't be happier and the table has been in use every day since we got it. Two of my sons play regularly both at our swim club and friends houses and the've both said this table is the best one they've played on "flat out" (quote).Looking for an outstanding ping pong table to enjoy in your home? Look no further, you found it - purchase with confidence and get to work on your top spin. Oh, and those four teenagers I mentioned as the reason for buying the table? Yeah, I'm having as much fun (...or more) with table as they are!Joola Hit Set we purchased to go with the table -
