“Delivery: (5 Stars) The package was delivered on time and within 3 days and I received multiple updates/texts on where the table is and how many stops away. I had provided 6 am to 9 am slot on a Saturday and they delivered it by 8:30. The delivery was swift and they delivered it in the garage as I had instructed by folks who were polite, informative and helpful.Packaging: (5 Stars) The package was in great shape as pictured - no damage whatsoever. The packaging was very impressive. Top and bottom of the package was protected by thin ply sheet glued to the outside box and the sides/corners were protected by wood like strips.Assembly: (4 Stars) Assembly was a breeze and unexpectedly took only 15-20 mins (once we had all the parts) which was a pleasant surprise! You just have to assemble the parts with wheels to the preassembled table legs. You just have tighten 8 bolts and that's about it. The diagrams in the manual are not that intuitive and German like( :) ) but that wasnt a problem. The problem was missing nuts. Somebody forgot to pack them in. I had to go to hardware store to buy them and since they are Metric Standard nuts, it was a treasure hunt at Home Depot to find them! I called the customer service and they suggested that due to holidays they will take days if not weeks to ship them so I got them myself (they asked me to provide receipt of the nut purchase to somehow reimburse me). You will need 2 adults to lift the table as its heavy but not back breaking as such. Since my garage is pretty leveled I didnt have any issue in both halves not levelling etc.Product: (4.5 stars - after 1 week) The table works as expected - its bit expensive ($400 for 15mm thickness) but it might be due to Covid and high demand low supply and hence 4.5 stars. Otherwise its working great and provides great family fun! Folding and stowing it away is easy as well. Its regulation size and has true bounce and spin. Has no wrinkles or any other deformities and since it has been inside the garage for a week I didnt expect any issues with quality. I will come back after the winter is over and it has seen some good use and abuse! Since it is only 15mm dont expect championship level performance from the table but good for beginners and average players.Overall pretty happy with the purchase - just in time for indoor winter family fun!”
“There were some negative reviews (and pictures) of people that had received their table in a box that was in damaged condition, so I was worried about that. Our box came in pristine condition and was handled very carefully by the people delivering it. The box really is enormous (the size if 1/2 of the ping-pong table) and extremely heavy, so it really does need 2 people to maneuver it. It needs a lot of floor space to put together the table, but myself, my wife, and my 10-year-old worked slowly and carefully and it took us about an hour. We could probably have put it together more quickly, but the kiddo wanted to do most of the work so that was nice, but slowed us down a little. The table is well made, pretty easy to fold up, roll away, and store. When I was a kid, the table we had in our basement was a single unit that folded up, and was still pretty wide because it was only a single piece (with the two sides still attached to the same base). This table is nice in that each 1/2 of the table is a separate piece. Each folds up, and the legs / table nest nicely. We were pleased that we could roll the table to the side of the garage and still have space to get the car in the garage easily when not using the table. The table cleans easily as well. We got the table at a discounted price as one of Amazon's deals of the day, which was a nice bonus. The quality is really nice!”
“The table arrived quickly, but the packaging (a cardboard box, plastic strapped in two areas) was ripped and had plate-sized holes in it. Unpacked, the table surface was in great shape, but one stabilizer bar which was supposed to be screwed in to the underpart, was off the table. The other stabilizer bar was still attached, but the screws were all "tilted" in their respective holes. I do not know if this was an assembly problem from the factory, or if it was done during shipping, but it was the only damage to the unit. I counted ourselves particularly fortunate, considering the condition of the packaging. We repaired the stabilizer bars by removing them, using wood glue on the threads and re-drilling them in. It was a 45 minute process to complete both sides total. Otherwise, the assembly was clearly written both on a sticker on each unit as well as in an instruction book. Had there been no factory/shipping damage, I am sure it would have been a matter of about 15 minutes total to get the table together. The table plays wonderfully! We are a family of six and it has gotten hours of play so far. We homeschool one of our children and he puts it up for single-player mode all by himself... he's nine. It stores in a small footprint as compared to old-fashioned single table setups. This is two separate tables, which at first, I wasn't too hip on. That said, it makes moving the table in a tight area very simple, it makes using them as"tables" for other purposes, it makes their collapsed footprint much smaller than traditional one-tables. Over-all we are quite pleased with the table, the shipping speed, the cost ($350, no shipping), and play-ability. We would buy again and would absolutely recommend this brand.”
“Amazing table! My wife and I wanted a table tennis table to fill our dining room, since we don't use the room for anything. Since this isn't our first rodeo, we didn't want the cheapest one we could find, nor did we want to justify a crazy expensive table. This one seemed like a good better than beginner's table, so we went for it, and we're glad we did!It is very solid and well built. It's pretty heavy, so we don't have to worry about it moving around on us. Granted, it's just 2 adults playing, so we're not jumping on the table or banging it around. Color looks great! Legs are super sturdy and don't flex when moving it. Casters have locks on them (4 total, 2 left, 2 right). Breaking it down takes seconds and can be done with 1 adult. I do like that it is 2 separate tables, and you line them up and clamp them together with the net clamps. Makes for a straight table and it doesn't move.We played for about 3 hours today once we got it set up (which was a breeze - 8 bolts/nuts and done). They say 10 minutes to play, which is probably right, once you unbox it. I think it took longer to unbox it than it did to assemble the roller legs!Overall, this was an awesome birthday present. We will enjoy this table for years to come!”
“This product seems to be well made after ~2 weeks of use.The table:Is divided into two un-linked halves (an independent table on either side of the net). With the leveling feet and the net on the seam, the height of the table is sufficiently equal on either side. Honestly, I was not sure how this would work out, but it has been fine. There is a railing around each independent table. The fact the table splits in two (along the net) is quite handy. Each table can stand upright or flat. Thus you get two more or less square tables for other purposes. ALSO, the split in half is great for moving to the table's final location when received -- because you can move one at a time..Either one of these halves folds up for one-person play & practice. It was pretty easy to set up. Only the 2 "T-feet" on each "half-table" needed to be attached with braces, nuts, bolts, and washers. The folding legs towards the ends of the halves are already secured to the table. Perhaps setup was a little over10 minutes (of wall clock time) by the time we moved everything to final destination & collected. The setup process required both 14 and 13 mm wrenches. It is probably 10 minutes of dedicated set up of table only time. The setup requires attaching 8 bolts only.I was glad to have my kid around to help me move the parts. The instructions were not super extensive, but they were sufficient and easy to follow.Shipping (sharing because receiving this is part of the item -- more so than buying smaller items)I was uncertain how buying a table tennis table over the internet would work out. With prime delivery was free and seemed easier than me driving somewhere to get a table..The table weighed 189 lbs and is half the size of a table tennis table. THAT IS HEAVY and an awkward size. The box is stamped with "Mechanical Lift only". Thus, the box is delivered by a shipping company (not UPS or USPS). Amazon provided clear e-mail instructions on how the item would arrive (and day of arrival) including telephone number of the shipping company. An adult signature was REQUIRED for delivery and a 12 hour delivery window was given. The 12 hour window is inconvenient, but on the scheduled day of delivery i called the shipping people and got a 2 hour estimate of when it would arrive. Further the driver then called about 40 minutes before arriving at my home. The driver helped me get the table in the door, but that is the end of their service.Since the table comes in two halves, we carried to two halves independently, which was managable.Happy so far!!!”
“I'm starting with a 4-star review, but will update to 5 stars if I hear back and receive a resolution from the company about an issue I'm having. First let me say, for the price, this is a very nice, solid table. The shipping weight is around 200 pounds (a large amount of which is just the box and plywood which is inside to support the table), so you'll need help bringing it in, but once you get the box open, it's quite easy to set up and only took me about 20-30 minutes to do alone (going at a relaxed pace). The table, once set up, has 2 separate sides that are only joined together by locking the wheels when the two sides are pushed together and by clamping the net directly on the seam between the two sides. At first I thought this was annoying, but I have found that it is incredibly easy to move around because having it in two pieces makes it much lighter, and once clamped I haven't had any issues with movement during playing. Folding up either side is very easy and has a locking mechanism on the bottom of each side which is very easy to use and holds tight while locked. To fold up for solo play, you will have to move one of the sides so that they will be touching, but this is actually very nice because it means that it takes up a very small amount of space when both sides are folded up. The only issue I've had is that the net that came with it only tightens on one side instead of both as it is supposed to, so we haven't yet been able to tighten the net as much as we are supposed to be able to. These things happen however, so if I hear back from them and receive a new net that works I will update this to a 5-star review as I am otherwise VERY satisfied with this table.”
