Very satisfied with the delivery and quality of the table.I opened the box while the delivery guy was still here, in case it's broken during delivery. It's all good, nothing wrong. The packaging protected the table very well. There are two pieces, easy to assemble, easy to move after assemble. Some people suggested thicker board, I bought 13mm one and it's good enough to me.

Every features are very good, except the thickness of the table. Wished it was thicker to provide better bounce. That ls a important feature.

I've gotten other Joola tables before with no problem. However, within one week of having this table, all 4 leveling feet snapped off. I contacted customer support to tell them all 4 legs were snapped and needed to be replaced. They fulfilled the request, but only sent me one. What am i going to do with one? Maybe you'll have better luck than me, but so far, bad experience.

I probably should have spent a little more and gone with a thicker table - but really I should have picked a different product. If you're looking for something that can minimize the space used when storing, or you're just a casual player that doesn't care about the balance/leveling or table connections, then this is likely a good option for you. The screws, at least in the 13mm model, that support the folding arm are very small and all three of them for one folding arm have already fallen out. This table is entirely two separate tables. They fold and store individually and the only thing piecing them together are the clamps that support the net. This drives me crazy, because it's very difficult to keep them level and close enough to each other. The folding table I had as a kid was all one piece and was always in the right position when open. These have to be lined up, and then the clamps (which aren't very wide) have to keep things together and in place. It works, and we've spent plenty of time playing - but I'm generally disappointed with it and will likely replace it in the future.

Am very pleased with the quality and the engineering of the 13mm Joola Ping Pong table. The only problem was that whatever company shipped the box from Joola over the Amazon dropped it and caused two of the supporting struts underneath the table on its sides to separate from the holes they had been screwed into at the factory. Fortunately I have a relative who was a former carpenter, and he was able to re-drill the stripped screw holes to make the table perfect. Otherwise, I would have needed to return the table and ask for a non-damaged one to be sent in its place. It is a great, attractive ping table that I expect will last for many years. It is easy to fold and to unfold, and easy to move around using the wheels built into the table base. The "Single Player Playback Mode" is incredibly useful, especially when the table is pushed up against a wall so that retrieving balls is easy. The 2 burly Amazon delivery men who carried the table in its box down to the basement were courteous and well worth the slight extra charge. They explained to me that the damage to the box had been made before it arrived at Amazon. They told me that if I needed to return it due to damage, Amazon at no charge would have sent them back to carry the table out of the basement and into their truck. I do wonder in hindsight whether I should have ordered the 15mm thickness version instead of the 13mm thickness version. The 13mm version is perfectly fine though, and it weighs less. It is made of particle board, unlike the days of old when it would have been made of plywood.

The net had a couple holes in it and the paint along the edges was still wet...the net attachment is not the best...should have been better for what we paid
