It was so disheartening to see this had been sent defaulted, I contacted customer services and was put through to Tracy, this lady is an absolute credit to your company she calmed me down, reassured me that ever with the earrings being present she would send me a new set, which I received less than 24 hours later all the way in Northern Ireland. Beautiful quality when not broke and definitely worth the price.”
