“I am a Tisserand fan. I particularly appreciate the virtues of Tisserand NOURISHING HAND & NAIL cream, organic lavender BUT I cannot source it anywhere. So in lieu I'm now trying the Tisserand Neroli/Sandalwood Hand Cream. So far it's OK. Not hand it long enough to evaluate fully its effectiveness but at first glance it seems OK, maybe not as effective as the Nourishing Hand & Nail Creme - has it gone out of production?”

Dear Customer, we're sorry that your hand cream hasn't arrived yet. We dispatching our orders ASAP and Royal Mail is delivering our items as soon as they can. Please remember that you asked for a Standard delivery service, which in normal circumstances is absolutely OK, however, we recommend to pay for premium delivery if you're in a hurry. The virus has made everything to slow down, as we are all working with less people and the delivery companies are extremely busy, busier than ever before. We couldn't do anything about your feedback before as we haven't received any communication from you about your hand cream until now. We will contact you today with more info.
