“These are christmas presents for children. Unfortunately one of the jars was shuttered inside the box with the plastic wrapper on (not bubble wrap considering it’s a glass jar). We had to find an alternative present for one child which wasn’t the same. The box was far too big the jars not to move around inside. I have sent a complain about this but haven’t anything back.”
