“Box arrived misshapen and contents not set out as expected due to inserts falling out. Was a gift so I had no choice but to repair the box myself. I have already emailed a photo.”

“The actual popcorn is quality and it was delivered promptly but my bags didn’t arrive in a nice grey presentation box as shown in the picture online, which I felt was misleading. I bought it as a birthday gift yet the bags of popcorn came loose and it so my disappointment wouldn’t allow me to give the full five stars for this item sadly.”
