“I’m sure this bundle is great, if you’re able to actually receive it in the post. I placed my order for this on the 19th November and it’s currently the 24th December and there’s no sign of my order being delivered. I have contacted customer services multiple times and each time they don’t read all of my emails and say the same thing. They firstly misprinted the address on the label meaning it was not able to be delivered and was returned to them. I contacted them often asking where the order was and I didn’t receive a response until two weeks later, when I was about to go home for Christmas. I then agreed with the person from support that the replacement parcel would be sent to my parents address, as that’s where I would be over Christmas. The new parcel was sent to the original address, where I won’t be for three weeks and where it was left outside for someone to easily take. I contacted them again the second I realised this and it still took them a week to reply, and they didn’t even acknowledge what I’d said in my previous emails. I placed this order more than 5 weeks ago to give it as a Christmas present and due to the terrible service I received this won’t be possible. Definitely don’t recommend this product as if anything goes wrong and you have to contact support then there’s not really any hope of ever getting a sensible response.”
