“I ordered 2 orders of the "Mystery Box". In both sets, there was a mixed selection of a variety of popcorn flavours, including 1 vegan option (in both sets) for 1 set there were 7 packages at full size and 2 half-size packs making a total of 8 full-size packs, as expected. Unfortunately in the 2nd set there were 6 full-size packs and just 2 half-size making only the equivalent of 7 full-size pacls. The order came well packaged, and the outer box was undamaged, though a couple of the internal boxed items were slightly crushed and one was opened at the corner of the cardboard, though the inner plastic packaging was still sealed. And all the "use by" dates were at least 1 month in the future and some were as far away as December. Order delivery was made as indicated, within 2 working days of the order date and there was regular communication received as to when the order would be delivered. It was a little disappointing though that, having selected 2 "Mystery Box" items taking the total amount due to over £35, thus entitling me to free delivery, when I then chose to pay with some of my loyalty gift vouchers (earned from previous orders, etc.) it took the balance amount to pay to less than £35 so I was then charged the full delivery fee!! Surely one shouldn't have to pay delivery, when the total amount spent is over the stated amount for free delivery, simply because you have used gift vouchers as part-payment ??”

“It was a very full box, as a mixture of standard bags and snack packs (instead of either 8 standard or 16 snack that it states online). Some of the flavours were definite misses like goats cheese and pepper and Thai sweet chilli, but we did enjoy all the chocolate and caramel flavours, and my kids loved the popcorn mini eggs. I would buy it again 100% just for the value, but it's pure luck if you get all flavours you like. Also the closed expiration date was July and the furthest 2023 so you have a while to eat them....not that they will last that long.”
