“OK, two parts to this review. Firstly, the small bags of popcorn were fantastic. A great range of interesting flavours, all of which were really tasty. Wouldn't hesitate in buying them again.
But onto the second part of this review....
I ordered, and paid for two lots of these 100 x bags of popcorn as they were to be used as party favours at a Christmas get-together. Unfortunately, only one box arrived. I emailed Joe & Seph's on 6th December asking if the other box was on the way. No response other than the automated reply from their 'support' system, and so I chased again on 10th December. I also sent a message via FB Messenger and received a reply saying they would get the support team to contact me. Two further similar messages from them on Messenger over the course of the following week and yet I am still waiting for their support team to contact me, almost two weeks later!
I appreciate that Joe & Seph's are a small family business, and they have been very busy with their Cyber Monday promotions, but this level of service is completely unacceptable from any company. If they make a promise on Messenger to get their support team to follow up, then they should ensure that promise is kept. If they are having staffing issues due to sickleave / Covid etc, then they should simply say that. But to get no response is very poor customer service. Very unlikely I will order directly from them again :-(”
“An absolutely brilliant offer. An excellent variety of 23 different flavours which were all amazing. This box seriously didn't disappoint. It was enjoyed by all the family, especially our 10 year old!! Well done Joe and Seph for your amazing service and of course popcorn!! Would definitely buy again without hesitation.”
