“One of my favourites!! I ordered the 'Movie bundle' on an offer from VeryMe, I have had this offer before as it's such good value. I added some extra flavours to my order and waited for it to arrive, as it's a very popular offer I waited 2 weeks and still no yummy popcorn. I contacted Joe & Seph's customer service to see when my order might arrive, a lovely lady called Clara advised that it had been posted and should be with me in about 48hrs, unfortunately I think the post person must have enjoyed my popcorn as after a week it still hadn't arrived :-( Again I contacted Clara and she immediately sent my order out again which was with me within the usual 48hrs. Joe & Seph I will definitely be ordering from you again and your customer service department (Clara) is amazing.”
