What was a complete disappointment and I think can be called a scam is that I ordered the Gift Wrapping Service for another item, which was Jane Austen Notecards - Pride and Prejudice, a perfectly rectangular object with no difficulty in wrapping for which they charge £ 3.49 and the packaging was totally shoddy, without the slightest care. This fact caused me great disappointment. When I paid for the Gift Wrapping Service I never imagined that this total disaster would arrive for, I insist, an object with a perfect rectangular structure without any problem of angles or curves.”
