“I ordered the replica Jane Austen ring to be shipped to me inn the USA. For some unknown reason it never arrived. Matthew, at the Jane Austen Center, was very helpful and efficient in following up on the problem. I am happy to say I just signed for the package with the ring! It is very pretty.”
