Mr Darcy's Guide to Pemberley Reviews

This book is really nice with some lovely illustrations. The only downside is, but for one picture, we don't get to see the inside of the house. A must though for any JA or P&P fan.

What a treasure! Love the book, the drawings, and the creativity of the author to write this book. Enjoyed sharing it with my young daughter and being able to create memories with her. This is a must-have book for any Pride and Prejudice fan.

What a beautiful, tactile book!!! It transports straight into the grounds of Pemberley, guided by Mr Darcy , who is just as you imagine him to be. From the moment the book arrived, wrapped so carefully in red tissue paper, I knew this was special, and I wasn't disappointed.

This was delayed in coming, two weeks is the longest I have ever had to wait for an order, normally its the next day, the lack of speed made me panic for a while. But it was worth the wait. I love the style and design of the book, the illustrations and the memories of that reunion between him and Elizabeth, from his perspective. It would be lovely to have a sequel with the interiors depicted and memories in the same style, from Elizabeth and or Mrs Reynolds perhaps?

I always love buying from the Jane Austen Centre online gift shop. My package was beautifully wrapped by Miss Henrietta, and the offer I had at the time was too good to miss. I bought the very yummy book chocolates as well as the gorgeously presented Mr Darcy’s Guide to Pemberley (signed by the author), and got a beautiful free Netherfield cake set! Mr Darcy’s Guide to Pemberley is a must for any Jane Austen, with beautiful drawings, and very creatively imagined.
