“It looked beautiful until I saw that the teapot lid inside was chipped. Considering the location of the chip and that the outer portion of the set was not damaged at all, I do not blame the Royal (UK) post or Philippine postal services. Either it was poorly manufactured or damaged to begin with or damaged as it was wrapped. I specifically requested that it be bubble wrapped properly. A bit heartbroken about this.”
