When I reached out once over a problem I got the most lackluster reply that wasn't helpful at all and in fact demonstrated a lack of concern for assisting customers. There are a few issues with the tests, such as the fact that at least one question is missing a correct answer to choose. Overall, I feel the entire course needs refreshing.”
Thank you for your feedback, Paula. We see that you contacted us once regarding a URL that was not working for you. We replied to say that the link was opening for us at the time, but it seems that it has since stopped working completely. When we became aware of this yesterday (18th January 2022), the URL in the unit and the test was updated within a few hours. The dynamic nature of websites will always result in URLs in the course that stop functioning; for this reason, our policy is to find an alternative and update the course materials and tests as soon as we possibly can.

“It was an engaging course. It tells you what you need to know, The pros and cons, how to handle certain situations in teaching and so forth. They provided ideas for fun lessons and stuff like that and encouraged their use of them in our soon to be classroom. There was not a second that I felt I couldn't complete the course, it was straight to the point and easy to grasp. However, i would have lovd to have more guidance when it came to job assisting after the course is over.”
