“This is the worst quality I’ve ever experienced. We’ve taken the suitcase on its first trip and the telescopic handle has come out of the hole with no rough treatment whatsoever. Now it cannot retract, fit in any cars, and we’re stuck abroad suitcaseless. To raise a complaint you need a photo of the warranty tags which are at home. And if we buy another we can’t bring this one back. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE.”
