“A fabulous case, lovely colour and seems sturdy. However slight disappointment that the zipper for the interior base lining has no pull tag. Makes it a bit awkward to pull zip open and closed. On enquiry, I was told all their cases are like this. I have other brands that have a zip pull, but IT luggage choose not to. I like the case enough to keep it and will get used to the awkward zip over time.”
