“False advertising and reported to trading standards. I bought two of the cabin luggage in good faith, I should have done my research. After an extremely embarrassing moment on a plane, where the flight attendant tried for several minutes to close the locker with my case in I checked the luggage dimensions against the top 5 airlines in the UK. It isn't within tolerances for any of them, in some cases (pun intended) it exceeds two of the three measurements. Don't think it doesnt matter it will fit, it won't! I asked IT luggage company to do the right thing and refund me. They first said airlines change their dimensions, when I said it was all 5 they said they are sorry that airlines don't accept them. I've reported it to trading standards as the cabin luggage clearly isn't cabin luggage”
