“We are a small business and its manageable for us. We have made the odd mistake as we learned the system but your team has always dug us out of little holes we have made.
There are some things that don't work as they should and the presentation of some things could be improved but none of them are show stoppers.
I'm still neutral about whether we should have numbering of items which many other systems use. At this stage I haven't had any issues with clients about it.
I'd also like it to be easier to organise lists of things at various levels e.g.:
Kitchen Cupboards Left To Right
Cupboard 1
Cupboard 2
Contents, condition etc
I like the traffic light system which is working well for us. Maybe however a cleaning issue summary at the end of a tenancy might be useful.”
