“I have a few issues with this system, time being the biggest issue. The syncing and adding of pictures takes a long time, making each check in per bedroom around 30 mins sometimes longer. It can also crash if you are trying to add a lot of photos.
Having a maximum of 8 photos per item/area is sometimes not enough.
It would be good to have an option to not have certain items as not all of our rooms have all of the listed furniture. Being able to add in extra furniture is great!”
Hi Gemma, thanks for your feedback - much appreciated. We now have the ability for you to 'Selectively Sync' specific data for offline usage, so sync speeds should never take longer than 1 minute. In regards photo crashes, we'll need some info on the device. For instance, devices supported by iOS 11 (iPhone 5s upwards & iPad Air/Mini 2) can handle up-to 500 photos without any crash issues. In essence, it's more what the device can handle, as a pose to the reliability of the App. Either way, crashes are overcome by tapping the App again and picking-up where you left off. Also, you can bespoke the template layout of your reports, so items can be removed before you arrive.
