These extra slippy silicone coated polyester re-usable flat slide sheets are supplied to hospitals and nursing homes when turning a patient in bed or repositioning the patient from lying to sitting. They make patient handling much easier and less likely to cause injury to nurses and carers. The re-usable glide sheets are available in teal silicone coated polyester fabric. For infection control the slide sheets can be washed at up to 80 degrees centigrade. Do be careful not to use chlorine bleach or softener when laundering the slide sheets as this will be detrimental to the silicone coating. Choose from three different sizes depending on the patient weight and size.
