“Absolutely fantastic bracket - clearly very well constructed. We decided sadly had to return due to deciding to put the new TV on a stand, not on the wall. Despite having contacted them 6 weeks after purchase they were happy to take the return - so decebt customer service as well!!”

“Hi. it's a good sturdy bracket but one aspect of it bugs me. The bracket is 100% level, but when the TV is extended fully or partially and rotated one side of the screen drops so it does not look level. I've tested every setting. When it's flush against the wall it's perfect but when I pull it out it drops. It's really frustrating!”
