“The package arrived promptly without issue.
When I opened it up I was amazed at the array of fixings and fastenings that came with the kit . I have to say everything I needed was there and once I had don a dummy run and marked out and drilled for fixings it was very easy to install and fix the TV. I weren’t left needing to order additional prices of kit.

Spoke to very helpful man he apologised and assured me I would be refunded the extra I paid for next day delivery unfortunately this never happened so going forward I would not use these people again”

Unfortunately there was a problem with DPD and the original package and I can see that the order was Re-sent out and delivered the next working day.
I can only apologise that the refund of the £4.99 premium next day delivery charge was not actioned at the time and can now confirm that this has been processed.
