There was one problem that I experienced after the bracket was fitted and that was there is no adjustment in the system to compensate for the movement in the fixings and hinge points when the bracket comes under load.
I hung a 55" Sky Glass TV, which was well withing the load range given for the bracket. The wall bracket was secured vertical and all five fixings were tight and secure. However, when the TV was hung and fixed, I noticed that the TV was sloping and not horizontal. I lifted the TV having lossened some of the fixing and this was sufficient to position the TV horizontal.
I think the bracket assembly would benefit greatly by incorporating a screw adjustment into the system whereby the TV could be adjusted into a horizontal position and then any fixing bolts could then be tightened. This would then eliminate relying and the 'friction' of the fixings and their tightness to hold the TV horizontal.”

The various tensions that are required for the TV to pivot and tilt will vary depending on the weight of the TV and personal choice as some customers like things pretty loose and easy and some prefer it tighter.
The vast majority of brackets provide adjustment of the tension so it can be set for the optimal installation for the specific TV and personal choice.
Tilt tension can require a bit of time to get it exactly as desired again depending on which bracket but the concept of an adjusting screw nuts is valid vs the existing arrangements and we will investigate further with our factories.
