“Plasterboards were completely full of moisture with cracked edges and weakened throughout Every single board during the cutting would end up with crumble edges/corners. Also plasterboards delivered had wrong type of edge.”

Hi Joel, It would be very unusual for moisture boars to not be T/E (tapered edge). It sounds like that you think you received S/E (square Edge) boards. Typically, S/E boards in foil back are not stocked in many locations and would be a special order. That's not to say on this occasion there may have been a mix-up somewhere. So if that was the case, we are sorry for the mix-up. You also mention that the boards were wet and cracked along the edges. We are very sorry to hear this. We would have really appreciated if you had informed us of this issue at the time, as we have no communication from you informing us of wet or damaged boards. If you had informed us, we would have seen to it that the boards would have been replaced asap. It's possible that this damage occurred during transport. Unfortunately, if you do not tell us we cannot fix the problem and the only time we hear of an issue is when you leave a review like this here and at this stage it is too late for us to fix the problem. Again, we are sorry there were some issues with your plasterboard, but it's a pity you did not give us the opportunity to try and rectify the issue for you before you wrote a review.
