How was our customer service?

“These panels are to be installed in an already lived-in area. Following storage in the living room for a few hours after the delivery, the smell they produced was strong and unpleasant so I had to move them to a shed where, after now 14 days, they still smell when one comes close. After a second email the answer from the technical services of Kingspan was "We do not have any information on ‘degassing’ the K103 as the board should not need to degas. Kingspan Insulation products are chemically inert and safe to use." I'll probably bring one in from the cold in the next few days to see how much they still smell. Not great as this means a delay of installation of at least 3 weeks :-(.”
