Hi Joel, Thank you for your review. However, we did inform you by email on the 16/08 of the change in brand. At that point, you could have replied to our email or called our office if you were not satisfied with the change. We would have been able to wait until Kingspan came into stock (which would be typically 3 to 5 days) and then sent that out instead. Regards Insulation4less
