“Bought Sheepwool 570mm, as it gives you more options to chose the width, to suit the gap. I have bought sheepwool this year, as it has most of the important factors that like, high sound, and heat insulation. The old rockwool insulation was horrible stuff to work with, whereas the sheepwool insulation is a pleasure. Boarding the loft with timber makes any insulation type 50% more efficient. Moving to a warmer climate is nearly always the best option.”
