“The ordering process and information was very good and allowed me to trade off availability against the product spec I needed. Arrived in good condition within expected time. Delivered later than the other part of the order as I expected but not given any notification that it was to be delivered so I was not on site to receive it. Not texted or phoned to advise of the delivery so I could not make any arrangements. It was left in a neighbour's garage which prevented them putting their car away on a frosty night so they were not pleased.”
