“My name is Colette, and I work as a Quality Professional in the Biopharmaceutical industry. I completed the Inspired Pharma Lead Auditor 5-day course in Nov 2022. It was a fantastic experience that I enjoyed and the tutors - Dominic, Matt, Richard and Ruth are all highly experienced and energetic professionals who make the learning experience enjoyable. The class size was good to allow for interactive discussions and the inclusion of all. I enjoyed the training as it was not just presentation slides as you see on some courses, which do not appreciate all learning styles. There was the theory presented by the different presenters and exercises as you go the course along to reinforce learning. There was an audit simulation to put into practice the learnings of the week There were plenty of small exercises and interactions between team members to reinforce learning and lead to lively debate. This is useful as everyone had varying levels of experience, working in different areas/specialities and the interaction facilitated learning new information more readily. As Emily Weiss quoted 'Surround yourself with people who are smarter than you then learn from them '. I recommend the Inspire Pharma course for new auditors or auditors who want to refresh their skills and knowledge.
