“Very poor image quality. The print quality is nice, but the image itself is really obviously AI-upscaled to the point that at this scale it's hard to look past. Any texture that was in the original painting has been nuked away into smoothed-out janky lines and splodges. The writing on the edges has been completely mangled by it as well. It would be less noticeable with a much smaller-sized print but it feels like I have been scammed since there was no mention of AI upscaling and I would expect a high-quality print to be using a high-resolution scan. I'm very disappointed because I was really excited to put this up on my wall.”

“The paper and ink seem high quality. But the illustration itself is very wonky; it appears to have been AI-upscaled from a smaller image and the lines and shapes look awful. Not being told this in advance feels deceptive. I tried to get used to it, but looks sufficiently terrible that I had to take it down. I won’t be hanging it and would strongly recommend against anyone using this service for anything that isn’t a small print.”
