About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Received camera yesterday new from Drift. Charged OK and worked 100%. Today I plugged it into the charger and waited till I got 4 bars on the charger. Unplugged it and tried to turn it on. Won't turn on. Googled and tried everything!!! Camera will no longer turn on. A very common problem according to Google comments. Will go through the warranty replacement but I don't have any trust in this. You'd think after several years they would have fixed this!?!?”

“Bought one of these off eBay brand new in box when I passed my cbt intending on getting on the road shortly after. Didn't get on the road until a year later. So I charged up batteries and off I went on my first ride on my new bike. The camera was working fine. Stopped off for a rest and turned the cam off Went to turn it back on 30 mins later and it wouldn't turn on. Went home and then 3 days later it decided to work randomly. 7 weeks later after it had been working fine I went to charge it after getting home from work as it had turned off some point during my trip home assumed it had run out of power so went to charge it. It started charging but the screen flickered and then stopped wouldn't turn on or charge I swapped the big battery for its standard still won't turn on and won't charge either battery. My brother had problems with his ghost S too. Putting on eBay for spares or repairs to put toward a Crosstour or GoPro. Shame as I liked the drift X”

“Can't recommend this enough. Great quality video and pictures perfect for capturing the moment. Straight forward and easy to use. Used it in heavy rain with no problems at all.”

“This item is in principle good however after a ride to work through a small rain shower the camera no longer works. The seals are useless I understand if you want to go diving there is a water proof case but it should be able to withstand a slight rain shower especially as it is marketed as a motorbike camera.”
