About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Good price/discount, rapid delivery, only worn in light drizzel but they're good enough to keep the jeans dry in that. Look forward to testing in some proper wet weather later in the year.”

“Had to return these over trousers as tape/seal was coming away ,causing wet crotch and Bum when raining .Agreed with customer service,in advance of coming to store, that an exchange was valid. On coming to store and carrying out exchange the guy at counter was reluctant to do the exchange .He kept saying that the trousers should be ' returned (by me) to Spada ,for testing '.Although,it was very clear that that the tape had come away and the item was faulty .I doubt this was the first occasion these over trousers have been returned to store .In any case ,was given a new pair,eventually .Three weeks later the the tape had completely come away ,on this new pair,at the same place causing the same wetness at the same location .My experience is that, these trousers are NOT fit for purpose .Cannot be bothered to go to store and return as don't want to be treated as ,someone trying to pull a fast one .Will buy Bike clothes online in future or go in to shop try on ,make a note of item then order online from elsewhere .No interaction with stroppy staff required”

“Both my brother and me bought the jacket and leggings in Infinity Belfast (great customer experience every time) before a trip to the highlands. Worst of Scottish rain over Glenshee. Great quality for the price. Stayed dry throughout.”

“Good waterproof trousers which are easy to put on over boots. they pack up small and are lightweight but strong enough to keep out continuous heavy rain.”

“I bought these to replace an older pair of the same and they have changed. They are bigger around the waist and not so thick. But they still seem to be a good product.”
