About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

Ive had a Kriega tail pack for nearly 10 years so was very happy with the quality of their products. The R20 feels well made but also light. I would have prefered the main zipped compartment to have either two zips to open , or the one opening from the top. (You have to open the main area by undoing the zip from the bottom so theres a chance things could spill out instead of if unzipping from the top.(seems like the zip arrangement is the wrong way around) Ive yet to try it in the current wet conditions to see how it fares. I am trying it with the removable bottom belt off and seems comfortable and stable. The purchase was also very easy and delivery very quick - thankyou.

What an absolutely brilliant backpack! I bought it for my commute to work and its spot on. Fits my laptop in plus plenty of space leftover for a change of clothes. It has armor in the back panel which also stops things from inside sticking into my back whilst riding. It is very comfortable lightweight and durable. Feels very secure with the harness. Highly recommend!

This backpack is very comfortable and after a few miles I forget I am even wearing it. I was a bit apprehensive at first because of the price tag but it is worth every penny! I am really happy I decided to buy it and not go for a cheaper alternative. One negative point is that the backpack is not waterproof which would be nice. Overall I am very happy and will be looking at buying other Kriega products as well.

I bought this whilst it was on offer over Christmas 2017 and got the Kube Harness Pocket (worth £19) for free! Even without the offer this is a great piece of kit. I love the way it sits on my back and the weight is distributed such that I hardly know I'm wearing it. I also own the US20 Pack. Not cheap but then you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Having had numerous bags over the years not a single one has compared to this in terms of comfort and practicality. The support system that it entails means the weight you carry in it is virtually irrelevant as it drops it down to your hips meaning not only less strain on the shoulders but a lower center of gravity resulting in a bag that doesn't feel like it's trying to pull you off the bike mid-corner. Although not waterproof it does take a ludicrous amount of weather abuse before it finally gives in. For a benchmark the 'abuse' was 50 mph winds and a months worth of rainfall in 6 hours on a 90 mile journey. The only bad thing I have to say about this bag is that I should have brought it sooner. Granted it's more expensive that any of the other bags I had but they didn't have a 10 year warranty nor were they designed specifically for motorcycle use.

Was a bit dubious about this rucksack but having ridden with it daily for a few weeks you can really tell it was designed by a biker! Really comfortable and ideal size for work. Very impressed! Excellent service by Infinity as well.

This is such a great rucksack - at first I was dubious about paying & simply for a rucksack as there are plenty of others out there from a tenner up. The straps make a big difference to how a bag feels on your back half the time I honestly forget its on me!! It also fits an astonishing amount of stuff considering its 'flat' appearance it really expands. Padding all around the straps and back section mean its very comfy and doesn't dig into neck/shoulders/underarm due to the wide angled straps. Reflective bits on it are also handy as my gear is all black. Only things I can say that is something to consider or ask about is that this bag amazingly I was told when buying IS NOT waterproof. I couldn't believe it for the price but then again I haven't been in heavy rain since to try it. It is however a very sturdy bag and backed by a 10yr guarantee which convinced me in the end. You can always put a bin bag over it!
