About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

I purchased this online at a pretty good price as I needed some extra security as my bike is now having to live outside after moving house. The alarm idea is good but the 100 decibels doesn’t seem quite as loud as I imagined but that seems to be the standard “noise” from these alarmed locks the only thing that should be included in the pack is a cable reminder My next purchase will be an alarmed pin lock for the rear disc as you can never have enough security

This is a good solid lock. The small Oxford Disk lock is appalling (like many others mine failed within 6 weeks but lucky for me in the open position - others were less fortunate) however this bigger brother is in a different category. It's strong and imposing and a great addition to the kit. The rubber coating is also a bonus to keep marks off the wheel. I'm pleased with this but the sound is not as ear-splitting as it should be; it's good but not great. However it works well in enclosed spaces like car parks your garage etc and it will cause nearby people to look. A nice hefty lock though and at the end of the day security is all about shifting attention from your bike to someone else's.

I bought one of these for my Vespa a couple of years after the guys at Clapham told me it was one of the few things with any quality that would work with my ET4. It sounds a bit callous but I still have my bike while a couple of my neighbours have lost theirs. The alarm is not super loud but I think it deters scum which is what I bought it for. I'm happy with it. The key has to be treated carefully but I understand why it is the way it is. It's simple to use easy to see and reminds me that I've left it locked on with a warning beep. That's proved very useful on a number of occasions
