The subscription occasionally turned up some very interesting combinations of gin and mixer that I would not have considered trying ordinarily, but mostly it was pretty standard gin and tonics - using 97 cold copper filters and only taking gin from the middle of the tank might sound interesting, but if the result is something that tastes like everything else then it seems like wasted effort.”
