Bit annoying - my sister didn't see the insert and threw the packaging away so is going to have to phone up to see if she can get her next 2 boxes.

Hi Helen, sorry for any confusion with our gift memberships. The method to redeem a membership is outlined on the product page when purchasing the gift and also in a card in the box, but these can of course be passed over when the recipient opens them up.
The reason we don't just send all boxes to the recipient automatically is that some recipients want to change their delivery address, or delay when they receive their next ones, and also by setting up their own membership account on our website they are able to manage it themselves going forward and access all our other membership perks such as discounts on our online shop.
