Customer satisfaction is very important to us therefore we followed up with a phone call and voice mail to resolve your issue. According to our records, your issue was followed up in a very responsive manner and resolved.
To say our customer service is appalling is not true. We respond to all emails and messages within 24 hours including weekends.
