“I was unhappy that I was sent a pack of sweets that I didn’t order with these seeds that contain animal products and violate my religious beliefs. I was even more unhappy at the unbelievably rude reply I got from customer services when merely suggesting that customers be able to opt out of this or that a product suitable for all was used instead. It doesn’t make business sense to alienate the millions of people who can’t or choose not to eat animal products.”
