“Instant calming effect, though the lack of an ingredients list and inaccurate dosage on the label (instructions are for pipette version) is why I've knocked off a star. From researching similar products to the 300mg version of this, there is about 0.16ml of oil per spray (shake first), which is equal to about 2.4mg of CBD. Using this information, you should get about 125 sprays out of this bottle, and given the daily recommendations of CBD intake for this type of product, the dosage suggestion would be 1-2 sprays per day, but you could have up to about 8 safely, and if you needed to. Given this calculation, if consuming 8 sprays per day, this bottle would last you just over 2 weeks. So if you wanted to utilise this for a month, you'd want to keep your daily dosage at 4 sprays or less. Hope this is helpful to some. :)”

“This CBD spray is really good stuff for a bargain price ! I have Epilepsy and bad anxiety and have been trying other products but this has really calmed the nerves down”

“Pretty sure it's helping with my mood and anxiety. If I don't take it I notice the lethargy from low mood creeping back. It also helps with some pain from fibromyalgia. Bit expensive though as had to go for a higher dose”
