Thanks for the feedback on the sexual harassment course, we always appreciate it. You raise an important point about gender and harassment. Men are much more often the aggressor but, importantly, this is not always the case. We did consider this carefully when we designed the course and included a female aggressor in the first picture and an example of a man (Diego) being a victim of harassment. On reviewing it, we see that the gender of Diego's harasser is not made clear and we will adjust the example with that in mind. Thanks again for your useful feedback. Kind regards, i2Comply team

There are examples of scenarios that are useful in assessing if they constitute sexual harassment.

Overall a good all round introduction to sexual harassment. However, it did make some assumptions on company anti-harassment policies (such as linking the formal route with the companies grievance procedure). There was also more on mediation than I would have expected as this may not always be appropriate or applicable - this often makes the complainant feel they are 'in the wrong'.
