“Minimal control over the audio, it plays automatically on each new slide and there is no way to turn this off. Voice is only one speed too, and very distracting if you read faster than the voice. There is no spoken version of the assessments which disadvantages some learners.”

Thanks for the feedback on the Cyber Security Awareness course, we really appreciate it. Sorry you felt there was not enough control over the audio. We agree that it is distracting when the voice is too slow. Our course design doesn't currently include audio controls, although you can turn the audio off/down using the overall control for your device. “Explanation of lots of terms that I'm not sure are relevant to security. Would recommend more specific examples around phishing attempts, and the type of things criminals do to try to commit cybercrime.”
