“Nice straight forward, however questions at end were not 100% clear the hand washing between 40-60 seconds would be ideal, or better if it asked to describe best hand washing techniques”

“It was easy to follow although I prefer in person training so that I can clarify certain phrases and ask for more understanding with certain questions. I did like the way the explanations were presented with examples and pictures. I found remembering the names of some of the bacteria was a bit tricky.”
