“A good overview and refresher. It points out when to ask your manager. It does not really account for self employed people.”

We don't used very small fonts as we aim to comply with accessibility standards. So there must be something going wrong for you to get very small print. “It takes a lot longer than the 2 hrs it suggests, especially if you follow the advice of taking notes. Sometimes when there are links to long documents it is unclear if you need to read it all or not. The tests are good to check understanding.”

Thanks for taking the time to post a useful review. The time needed to take the course is of course quite variable from one individual to another. But we'll discuss the suggested time in our next review meeting and consider whether we need to make it longer. Links to documents are always optional and the user will not be assessed on the content. Of course that should be clear so that nobody feels they have to thoroughly read all the documents.
