“Look at the accessibility of your training module. Consider the designs. Why are only the questions on the assessment available in audio and not the answers. Again please stop forcing people to give a review before being able to access their certificates. This is unethical.”

Thanks for the very useful feedback on the Equality and Diversity course. We will discuss your comments in the next development meeting. The issue about requiring feedback is tricky as some of the bodies that approve our courses insist that we collect detailed feedback when people complete a course. However, we'll address the issue again with them and see if we can come to a new agreement. It is, of course, possible to leave very minimal feedback of just one character.
