“20 May 2020, Via online, I requested that I need to purchase additional 3 wallpaper rolls from the same batch and pattern. I received an email stating the following: 'Thanks for your enquiry - a member of our team will be in touch soon to help you out. Please do not place an order before we get back to you, so we can ensure you get the correct batch with your order' 22 May 2020, I made another request and again I received the same email. 9 days later, I received no contact and there is no way of contacting them by phone. I have now been forced to now strip the previously purchased wallpapers off the wall and had to purchase new wallpapers elsewhere. What a waste of time, money and effort! Please re-think before ordering!”
