“The service from I Love Wallpaper is excellent, i order samples and they arrived the next day. Its great to get samples as you need to actually see if before making a decision on which you like best. When i placed my order it was dispatched the next day and arrive the next day. I wallpaper is good quality and it looks fantastic, i cant wait to get it up. Will definately use this company again.”

“What can I say..... Your web site is marvellous, easy to use and navigate, easy check out and quick delivery, and that's where the best bits end...... Your customer service is shocking!! This wallpaper is described as Teal, in the Teal colour section, and even the photos show it as Teal... It's pale blue, can't even be described as Duck Egg, It's pale Blue.. Now we all make mistakes, but sadly you have made your mistake my problem. If I don't want the wallpaper, I have to pay to return it..YOU GOT IT WRONG. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY!!! I tried explaining all of this in an email, you replied saying I could return it but I have to pay!!! NO doubt you won't even bother reading this let alone care... So Overall, Wouldn't recommend you and certainly won't use you again!!! And thanks Your MISTAKE is costing me £12.50 to sort out in postage.. Hugely grateful..”
