“I love them! I bought my hylo RUNs because of hylo's mission. I wanted to support a brand that is doing things differently and looking for a better path forward in how we design, produce, and dispose of running shoes. But that's just part of it. The best part is that they're really good shoes too! I've only taken them out on a few runs so far but they feel great. They're a little stiffer than my most cushioned running shoes, which makes them feel very responsive and "snappy" (i.e., I found myself running a bit faster than I realized when wearing them). I also really appreciated the care instructions that hylo sent along after I placed my order. It's only been a few runs, but they feel very durable and I'm expecting them to last for a good long while. But when they are finally at the end, I'm excited to send them back to hylo to be turned into something new versus landfilled!”
